City Moving

Average delivery time is 7 to 21 business days for mainland deliveries. The average delivery time frame for Hawaii deliveries is 30 -45 business days (from the available date requested).

Once your order has been assigned to a delivery truck, you will receive a LOADING CONFIRMATION on departure and estimated time of arrival. The driver will contact you a day before the delivery, to schedule a delivery time.
A City Moving dispatcher is available 7AM-7PM (PST) for delivery updates by calling our toll free number. 1.866.442.6683- to track your shipment.

If you have received a day notice and are not available to receive your shipment at the agreed upon time, additional charges will apply (Waiting Time per hour/ per vehicle = $50.00, or $600 per day per truck). In the event your are unable to receive delivery, the shipment will be placed into storage.
Redelivery & Storage and fees will apply.

If there is no safe access for our trailer, a smaller truck or "Shuttle Vehicle" will be used to transfer the goods between the line haul vehicle and the residence. If a "Shuttle" is necessary additional charges will apply as outlined below.

Additional Delivery Charges if applicable:
Long Carry: First 200 feet are free, each additional 75 feet is additional cost. Shuttle:
First 500 Cubic Feet = $300, each additional cubic foot is $0.50
